SILCA has partnered with Vittoria to create the highest-quality, lowest-rolling-resistance, finest-riding inner tube, sized for modern clincher tire setups. Compared to standard butyl rubber bicycle inner tubes, latex tubes are considerably more elastic (10x elongation compared to 2-3x). More importantly, latex rubber has a significantly lower coefficient of damping, which means that when latex rubber is stretched or flexed, it returns to shape faster and with less energy loss. What does this mean for an inner tube? Latex inner tubes are generally 2-5 Watts (per tire) more efficient at 30mph than tubes made of other materials. They are harder to pinch-flat and offer superior ride quality, especially when combined with supple, low-rolling-resistance tires. Grab the right tube for your 700C tire, just choose the valve length and tube size! When it comes to valve length: - 40mm valves are ideal for 10mm—30mm deep rims. - 60mm valves are ideal for 30mm—50mm deep rims. - 80mm valves are ideal for 60mm deep rims. And for tube size: - Check your tire's sidewall to determine its size—then choose the tube whose range includes it! For example: a 700Cx28 tire will work with the 700Cx25-32 or 700Cx28-32 tubes.

The Problem Solvers Presta Valve Extenders add 30 to 70mm of length to your tube or tire valve so that it protrudes far enough out of deep-section rims so that you can attach your pump. These lightweight, durable aluminum extenders are for use with Presta valves that have removable cores. The proper tool for removing the cores and installing the extenders is included.
